[Solution] panic: Unknown user account « mtcl »

Lancer l’outils de gestion du PABX 4400 Alcatel

mgr

si l’erreur suivante apparait :

panic: Unknown user account « mtcl »

Supprimer les fichiers BAK (Backup)

se positionner dans le répertoire /usr3/manager

cd /usr3/manager/

vérifier la présence des fichier BAK

effacer les fichier BAK

rm *.BAK

vérifier que les fichiers BAK on été effacés
